At Eastgate Fabrics, we want you to love your purchase! If you need to return an item, we’re here to help. Please review our return guidelines below.
Returning Incorrect or Faulty Items
- Wrong item received? Contact us within 10 days to arrange a return. We’ll cover the return shipping costs, and you can choose a replacement (if available) or a full refund.
- Faulty item? If your order arrives with a fault, let us know within 28 days. We’ll arrange the return and cover the shipping costs. A refund or replacement will be processed once we receive the item.
Checking Your Order
We recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any issues, please contact us promptly so we can assist you.
Returning Damaged Goods
- If your order arrives damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 10 days. We’ll cover the return shipping and issue a refund once we receive the item.
Changed Your Mind?
- You can return an item within 10 days of receiving it, as long as it is unopened and in its original condition.
- You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom-cut fabric, ribbon, or any other items specifically prepared for your order.
